Legal Question in Family Law in India

ear sir,

my father have around 3.5 acres his own and 3.5 acres is grand fathers, and (1st wife) i have two sister married. my father have one more wife(2nd) aunty she is passed away one elder brother(2nd wife son) he married in feb-16. now we are living separately my father and brother, me & my mom. from last three months to still i am asking to settlement of land and all. but my father is blaming us. please suggest me how to proceed legally to claim the land for me and mom. i have ration documents, survey number details..
