Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

My Ex-Son-In-Law sent us Divorce Deed to my daughter in e-mail addressed to me. He wrote 2-3 page very vulgar abuses and accusing me and my wife and my daughter carrying no weight. He sarcastically abused me and my wife. Can Hatak Izat Dawa be made against him How and under what context? A conjugal rights case is already in Family Court XVII Karachi by him.

first submit that deed in court and then file suit for defamation.

as in latest view's the court held that any party is empower to file suit for defamation.
