Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

can a family court accept an application under section 12 2 cpc whereas CPC and Qanoon e shahadat are in applicable before a family court, however the said family court has accepted the application under section 12 2 CPC read with section 151 is it not error in the law?

It cannot entertain such like application of CPC. However, it can apply general principles if invoked.. [email protected]
