Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

In my Family Law Case , Family Court Pass Interim Order of Child Support RS 10,000. This amount of money is beyond my financial control. My income only allow me to pay RS 5000/-. The case is in progress in very slow speed. Now how I can change this interim order. Can I need to file a petition in the high court or can I make an application for financial hardship in the same family court. I am able to proof that RS 10,000 is beyond my financial limits. Wait for answer.

File a writ petition before high court against the order of the Family Judge and get the order in your favour proving your financial position.
