Legal Question in Family Law in India
My father is in police service and he is going to retired after two years. He is married to my mother 30 years ago. My mother is a home maker. I am doing job in a public sector company and my posting is outside of my home town. My mother stay alone as my father's posting is also out side. Recently I and my mother got a strong information that my father is having a extra marital affair. And he is spending money to it. Even I got that information that he is done a 2nd marriage also. As per the situation what should I do legally? how much it will costs? What Law will do to my father if we take help of police and Indian Law?

So long as he is hiding his affairs / second marriage, and is providing maintenance to your mother, you and/or your mother need NOT to do anything. Your problem should arise ONLY when your mother is deprived of home and support.
