Legal Question in Family Law in India
i am going to file divorce case on cruelty and desertion grounds. she openly threatning me that she will appeal in higher courts and drag on the cases for years. in this context is it better to file case in family court or civil court ? what are the advantages and disadvantages in case of family courts and civil courts.

dear client both courts have same jurisdiction and work on common procedure code. so u can file divorce either in civil court or family court as per yr convenience. for any legal help call me
