Legal Question in Family Law in India

I filled a Divorce at in UP Family court. My wife came to my home & entered forcefully with local police support by giving them some money. I was not there. This is happens after six months after filling case. Is it legal?

When case under the court for procedure/judgement, Is she liable to live in my home this way?
