hi, My name is Fiza. i am Muslim. i have 2 minor children one son and one daughter. i filed DV application against my husband and in-laws in year 2011. notice was issued against all of them. my in-laws appear before the court but my husband is working out of india (Saudi Arab). when i sent notice at Saudi Arab his employer said he is in india and when i send notice to my matrimonial house, my in-laws said he is at Saudi Arab. till date he is not appear before this Hon'ble court. from last 4 years judge is waiting for Notice report and his appearance. Now in January 2016 he sent Divorce notice with Mehar and Iddat amount to me. Now what i do? please help me out Thank You

as you were married in India, he needs to seek divorce per indian laws.
Dear fiza take jis immigration details from immigration department so his actual statis will come out whether he is in India or out of India. Then u can send notice. For any legal help call me
