Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

My friend was issuless. He has taken a son with consent of his wife from near relatives. What are the legal aspects of this adopted son especially for inheritance in Pakistan law.

Under Pakistani Law there's no concept of adoption. So no question of inheritance for the adopted son arises. he can execute a will upto 1/3 of his total property in his favor.
