Legal Question in Family Law in India

one of my friends's father had committed suicide 6 years ago. she has every document related to her father like post mortem report. etc. she got married last year. before the marriage she told everything to her husband about her father's suicide. her husband was okey with everything and he got married to her.
but after one month of marriage her inlaws started torture her badly for dowry and started abusing her for her not doing job. and later they threw her out of her matrimonial house.
now they are asking her for divorce and threatening her for rising an issue on her fathers's suicide. they are threatening her that if she will not give him divorce withour stridhan and ailmony , they will say in court that her mother had killed her father and they have fobia of her and her family members that they will kill him. and after saying this he will win the case on first date.
what can my friend do to come out of this situalion?

Dont worry at all. This is a trap game only. Go ahead and file your police complaint alongwith all these details except your fathers suicide case.
