Legal Question in Family Law in India

Good morning sir,Myself Imran and i am

a computer engineer.

One year back i am engaged by my

mom's choice . The girl was good

initially but after two months she started

threatening that she will suicide if

anyone show anger on her, i did not took

seriously before but she is going beyond

limits now,she even going to balcony to

jump and she is cutting her hand with

knife. I am so afraid now being with

her. If i marry her and she did suicide if

i show anger on her for her any mistake

then i will be jailed because everyone

think that i am the reason for suicide so

i dont want her in my life anymore , i

dont want tension life with her, i am not

happy with her and cnt be in future

too...i want to break this engagement

now..

I did something wrong with her like

kissing her,hugging her but never had

any type of sex with her.

my question is if i breakup with her and

she files a case on me about having

romance with her,will it be problematic

to me for my career ??? will it be jail to

me as per Indian law???

please help me sir,i don't want this

threatening life in this unique life of

mine.
