Legal Question in Family Law in India

My grandfather passed away two months back without making a will. My father had two sisters & they don't want any kind of share from my grandfather's property, so i want to know that is their is any document or any legal certificate in which my aunties can give their willingness that my father is the sole owner of the property and they want any kind of share from that (in future also).

You Aunt can execute a relinquishment deed in favour of your father. It means they are releasing their rights on that property. If you need the draft you may contact me.
