Right to grandson on paternal grandfather's property in absense of father

My grandfather has 3 sons in which my father is the eldest one ,my father expired 2 years back, Do i have any right on my grand father's property ? Where my grandfather is refusing to give our share in his property , can i legaly proceed? and im expecting a child in 2 or 3 months do they have right on thier great grandfather's property? Please suggest me how to proceed
