Right to grandson on paternal grandfather's property in absense of father

My grandfather has 3 sons in which my father is the eldest one , My grandfather has sold his property and distributed the amount between his two sons leaving me(grandson),my father and mother expired 2 years back in accident, my grand father is my court gaurdian, Do i have any right on my grand father's property ? Where my grandfather is refusing to give me my father's share in his property , can i legaly proceed?

If the property is ancestral, u can claim ur fathers share.
