my hb gone away he said mein ghar chodkar ja raha hun he always do lime this and come back after some day

so i want to gv the custody of my girl child to my parents on my hb behalf

but i dont want divorce from him

my daughter is only 3 yrs old

is there any law for this so my husband could understand his responsibilities towards his child nd me

so that he never leave us plz help me i m a house wife
