Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello,
I want to know that can I add fresh or additional evidence in Domestic Violence appeal, bcuz the complainant lies about her salary, actual is more than what she has admitted(15000)p.m. I want her HR people to be examined for her income.Trail court has rejected application to re open evidence.Now the final judgment has been declared in which residence order of Rs.6000 is passed.This is just on the ground of prima facie that couple of cases like 498, 323,506 charged against me and judge said it seems tobe violence. Please advise.

have you moved any application for leading further evidence in your matter before the trial court??If yes that could be a ground of appeal.
