Legal Question

Hello

If myself and my husband are splitting up and his about to move out of the marital home and he earn 3 times my monthly salary how much will he need to contribute to the household bills, he has said he want it split 50/50 but this would leave me with no other money to last the month. Can you please advise if this is correct.
