Sir meri di ki shadi jha hui h wo log bhaut hi batmeez h or martay b h or hm logo nay 10 lac ki shadi puri kri thi jismay say 5lac case diya or saman wgera ye sb.....to plss give suggested hm log kya kre hm log bhaut hi seedhe log h sb log bhaut paresaan ho rahe h or ha meri wha janay say ab mna b kr rahi h to hmlog ko unpr ab case krna h or ha jise sgadi hui h wo ladka nagar nigam may h mtlb goverment job krta h to kya agar hm log case wagera krtay h to kya uski half saliry meri di ko milegi ......hm log ko hm divose chayie bs...btayie kya kre plss give me advise..

It seems that divorce on ground of cruelty is possible but has to be discussed in detail. Your sister will certainly get the maintenance.

aap ki didi divorce le sakti hai or aap ka diya hua saman bhi mil sakta hai. aap ko local vakil karna padega jo aap ko step by step guide kar dega.
