A hindu himesh withdraw from the siciety of his legally wedded wife sonali without any reasonable excuse and without her consent . Sonali approaches you . What legal remedy would you suggest her?

Dear sonali if u want to save yr massage then send legal notice through lawyer to yr husband and ask him to take back u to matrimonial home. If he will not take back u then file case for restitution of conjugal rights under sec 9 of Hindu marriage act. If u want to teach lesson to husband file dowry harassment complaint under sec 498 a against him with police. U can also file domestic violence case for mental harassment.
