Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a Hindu Rajput. I married my mom's younger sister's son 3 years back in a Arya Samaj temple Mumbai. Now we wish to part our ways mutually. We need to have a divorce. one of friend told me that First cousins marriages are illegal & are considered NULL & VOID in the eyes of Law.

Please guide me accordingly. If the marriage is not illegal, please help me with the do's for a legal divorce. Also would need to know the timeline for the divorce. i need a divorce ASAP.

Dear client if we donot the court that u both r cousins then u can file mutual divorce petition in family court through common lawyer and will get divorce in six months. For detail discussion call me on 9422611385
