Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband changed my email password and got access to all my emails. He took conversations and some emails (of before marriage) to question on my character and seeking divorce.
I had no contact through phone or emails with my extended family, friends and ex-colleges after marriage.
Is his using my email account legal in India?
The way he is defaming me by those old emails in court (showing printouts) legal?
Obviously, I have no proof of my innocence or my love and commitment for him (or how a wife in such a case can have it) ..
What can I do now? Case is filled in court.

where he hacked your password is important.

If he hacked on same computer, you use then no way out.

Else you may file complaint to cyber crime.
