Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

If husband didn't contact nor take any responsibility of a pregnant mother for more than 2, 3 month would it b necessary to inform him after burth of baby or its all depend upon wife desicion that she if not want to inform him due to his past n negligence

It's depend of the mother decision but it's good to inform baby father. It's morally good.
