Legal Question in Family Law in India

Me and my husband does not have very cordial relations. Most of the time we dont talk, he works as IT professional and I am stay at home mom of 2 daughters. I used to work as IT professional too long before birth of my children but not for last 8 years. My husband always taunts me for not earning, and does not give me any money for my personal expenses. Whatever I earned before children I dont have any access to that money. He bought a flat at my name in Vasant Kunj and rented it, but paying EMI with that money. Now If I need money 100/- then I need to beg him for that and he asks dozens of questions that why I need the money. How can I claim for the money which I earned myself without going for divorce

You may file a case for maintenance under section 125 Cr. P. C. and you can also a prayer in the petition itself to debar your husband from maintaining your personal account.
