Its not a live in relationship. As he is saying that he married now, it means he is guilty of bigamy and you can file a case u/s 494 IPC for bigamy. If you want to defeat his case, you need to show that he is living with other woman. But, I think, saving this marriage would be useless now.

it is not valid but he might have done the same. in that case you can file case of bigamy against your husband but you have to prove his second marriage.

else you can file case of cruelty then it will go long and till he did not get divorce, he cannot remarry.
