my husband had filed an application in delhi high court mediation and conciliation centre. in the application he mention that his wife had left his house and she dont want to come back to him.
but i dont want divorce and it was he who wanted me to leave his house.
now my question is
1) can i refuse there to give divorce to my husband.
2) my husband had filed false application. now he is saying that he dont wants to live with me coz he has lost faith on me. its my husband who wants divorce then why he is filing false application.
can i still refuse to give divorce?
3) i dont have a lawyer so how can i arrange pass for entry in delhi high court mediation and conceliation centre?

You can refuse to divorce him as no one can force anyone to act against its will and wish. In case your husband files a divorce petition, you may defend the same. In case you do not have a gate pass for entry to mediation centre, you may contact legal service authority office situated in Delhi High Court itself or the gate pass.
