Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband n in laws are very abusive n cruel towards me..its been 3 yrs of our marriage. we don't have any kids. my husband is not ready to divorce me to harrass n troubling me. my parents stops me to file dv n 498a case against him as they do not want legal issues to happen. now i just want simple divorce from him n ready to get it without any alimony also..my lawyer says if I file divorce with no alimony he can put various allegations on me instead..he is just giving false commitment of alimony n negotiating on it since 7 months through his lawyer to my lawyer as i m asked by my lawyer to not talk directly to him abt it. now I just need simple divorce from him without any single penny..kindly advise what shud I do. n how can I get it...pls help
