Legal Question in Family Law in India

Husband is paying maintenance of X amount in maintenance case under CRPC 125. Does this amount include the accomodation, rent also in this maintenance amount, whatever paid under CRPC 125 ? can she file a seperate DVC ( domestic violence case) also for getting any seperate residence ? please suggest some judgements which say maintenance paid under CRPC 125 includes rent, accomodation also.

she can file a petition under the DV act also.what the wife is getting in maintenance will be in terms of the order of the court .when a petition is filed all the expenses are specified in the petition to claim maintenance.
