if the husband is in relationship with another woman but has not married her,but in society they behave as husband and wife ,while the appeal is pending,what legal action can be taken.i think there is a supreme court judgement that if the couple lives as husband and wife without marriage for more than six months they are husband and wife.

dear client that supreme court judgement is for those couples who r bachelors. u can file case of adultery against husband for his illegal relationship. for any legal help call me on 9422611385

even if it is presumed that they are living like husband and wife, still the marriage would be void. unless he seeks divorce from first wife, the second relation has no legal value except the live in woman can file a complaint under domestic violence act.
