Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

How to increase child visitation time or perhaps get the permission from court to keep the child in your own home for like 2-3 days a month (partial custody??)??

I have a daughter who is approx 20 months old now. She is with her mother and I divorced her a few months ago due to irreparable problems.. Now, I really don't want to take the daughter from her mother forcefully and she is not willing to give her to me.

All I want is to meet my daughter every week or if possible I want the court to allow me to keep the daughter in my home and family with me for like 2-4 days a month or so, so that I can keep check on her habits and upbringing by myself additionally.

Is this possible in Pakistan?? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
