Legal Question in Family Law in India

Interim Maintenance u/s 24HMA is being paid as ordered by High Court @ Rs 8000/- per month for last 5 years. The amount is being deposited in the bank account of the respondent as ordered by the high court. Now the trial court has ordered interim mtce u/s 125 CrPC @ Rs 10000/- per month & ordered to adjust the amount already paid u/s 24HMA. Mode of payment is not specified in the order. Can i pay the arrears as well as regular (future) installment of maintenance ( @10000/- per month) in the court during hearings instead of depositing in the bank account? Will it be ok or will it be non compliance of HC order as i would not deposit the amount in bank account as ordered by HC & instead would use to pay it to the respondent in the court during case hearings?
