Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

i got khulla my daughter age 10 is living with me since birth i got custody of my daughter after a prolong litigation for 10 years father was continuosly coming for meetings in court for 8 years then he became irregular and last year came for total 3 meetings when launched a complaint in the court he verbally announced that he has been transferred to other city and insisted us to agree for commentment for 4 meetings in a year what to do
