Legal Question in Family Law in India
l am a hindu married 1.5yr back.at the time of marriage i wanted to study and my husband had told that i can study after marriage.So i was busy with my studies that i didnot take care of him and we lived together only for 1month. now he is forcing me to file a joint divorce petition but i dont want to be separated.Now i love him a lot and wants to stay with him but he tells he dont want me anymore .What should i do.?

Dear client donot agree for divorce. If he file divorce then u can oppose it in court. For any legal help call me

File case for restitution of conjugal rights or Domestic Violence and demand to live with him.
