My lawyer told me that there is no scope in law to send summon to my husband offe ț knw his actual salary.what can i do?

Once you mention a particular salary, court shall presume that salary until rebutted by the husband and for that he has to show his salary. Court can also order him to submit the same or submit the ITR.
