who is liable to keep the custody of minor in case of minor's mother death u/s 25 of the guardian and ward act 1825 ?

The priority would be given to father then grand mother (Nani) or any of minors aunty. But the sole consideration would be the welfare of minor.

maternal grand mother has preferable & legal right to keep the child if she is not disqualified legally.
