Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I am living in Canada, and paying child support for both my children, but my x-wife does not allow me to talk to my children either over the phone or skype. Also she does not allow my parents to meet my children. What is the process to get visitation rights over the skype every week end and whenever I visit Pakistan , I am able to meet my children.

Also I heard I can get custody rights , when my son is 7 years old. Waht is the process for that.? Wait for your kind reply.

You can file a case by appointing an Attorney who would represent you in the case and can get an order from the court against your wife and you would be able to talk to your kids via call or skype. And in case your wife disobeys the orders of the court then she would have to face strict actions by the court.

You should file an application to get it done. If you have filed any such application earlier then it is suggested to request relevant court to change the mode of meeting.
