Legal Question in Family Law in India

i m a lady f 38 years n my lover is 28 yrs old. both of us are hindus and in kerala. we would like 2 get married secretly in a temple yet it should be a valid one as we do not prefer a live-in relation.what are the procedures for it? can we go 2 any temple in india and get married? we are govt employees. we would like 2 intimate the department only later.please guide us.

Go thru all the rituals under Hindu Marriage Act and than obtain a certificate of marriage from the priest. You can also register the marriage under Hindu / Special Marriage Act.

First you both have to register your marriage, only temple marriage is not valid.
