Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

mai na khula case file kiya ha court ma. I have a son of 6 yrs and daughter of 3 yrs my husband will case a file for kids custody. he said k woh mjhay bohat ganda karay ha court ma for the custody of kids. kids are staying along with me. in his family all brothers are married his mother is very old and has a sister doing gov job. no one can take care of my kids. n in my family my father is in uk. my brothers are unmarried n doing business . what should be the result if he file any case like that. plz tell me. I cant live without my kids n so do they. plz answer

Till the time you have custody of your kids, although legally you are natural guardian but you can file a case to be appointed as guardian of your kids and by that way if your husband comes to the court for custody you case would be already in the court for the same reason and after evidence you can get the custody of your kids.
