hi , maine apne husband par dahej ka aur domestice voileance ka mukadama kiya hai
jan 2014 me f. i.r darj karai thi par jaise hi aressting ki baat hui wo log mutual divorce ke liye aane lage bat usne hum logo ko dhokha diya wo high court me bail arder ke liye chala gya but usko waha bail nahi mili uske ghar walo ko mil gai aur ab mera case mahila thane me hai aur abhi taq uski arresting nahi ho pai hai aur ab taq wo court me apear bhi nahi hua ab main apne case me aage kya kar sakti hoon plz reply

1. request for non bailable warrant.

2. negotiate one time alimony with monthly maintenance for yourself and kids as condition for Mutual Divorce.
