Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am Male 34 yr engineer and i have married to 10th failed poor girl by sympathy and fellowship.After 1 month of marriage she asked me to leave my parent and stay separate. I Refused her. In our 1.5 Yrs of marriage we stayed together just for 3-4 months. means 1-1.5 months with me then left home for 4-5 months,again came back and stayed for another 1-1.5 months again left home for another 2-3 months. now she left my home before 3 months ago but didnt came to my home.Its happening again and again? I have asked her to come back and dont spoil both's life. but she doesn't respond me.

Can i get divorce without mutual understanding?

1) Yes. It will be a contested divorce may take long time.
