Yes, a man can marry an unmarried lady having children under Hindu Law. There is one Hindu Marriage Act, it is available in the market you can yourself read that too, its a very short Act and you will get your answer therein too. My opinion is that yes the man can marry (Unless the man is married....I mean the man has to be unmarried too). Such a marriage is absolutely legal. Take care. Thanks for the inquiry.

There is absolutely no bar under the Hindu Law for a man to marry an unmarried women having children.
