Legal Question in Family Law in India

Our marriage is ten years old and we have 8 months old daughter. In our family we have my parents and we and a daughter, since marriage my wife feels unhappy and she compares her sister's family with mine and always have negativity. Around 1.5 years back we got separated from my parents, but still she was quarelling everyday due to her mother' intereferience everyday even for small small fights she interfer, my wife behaves very immature.Than when she got pregnant due to medical reasons again I came back with my parents, my mother took care of her as even her mother will not take care. Now we stay together, but again everyday she used to fight for no reasons and always assuming things which are not at all there, all bcoz of my mother in law's interference and unreasonable support, even my sister in laws agree with me and support me that their didi is taking undue advantage of this. I know that our problems are with each other not bcoz of my parents but just to punish me she used to get separeted and after while she feels ok to stay together when everything gets calm. now the mother in law interference has gone up and every day my wife is threatning me that she wants to go to her mother house with my dauhter since she can not live without her parents, since they stay in indore and we in chennai so she dont like this distance so either i should live my job and stay in Indore with her or I must go out of her life. I have to bent for all her unreasonable demands like not to speak any of my relatives including my sister whereas she used to talk two hours everyday with her parents. I love my daughter very much, I dont to live without her, can she legally take her away from me although I have never given any trouble to her

the infant will be with the mother. the issue is between the parents and the brunt will be borne by the lil baby. .You both should visit a marriage counsellor and see if the issue can be resolved.
