Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Do married daughters have no share in the house of their father? It is clear to me that they have share half to their brother's share in their father's property. Does the same apply for their father's house? I got to know that married daughters have no share in the house. please clear.

If the house is on the name of the father then definitely daughter has the right of inheritance in it whether she is married or unmarried. Law protects their right and you can get the help of the court if your brothers are refusing to pay your share in the house.

There is no issue of being married or not married, you are the legal heir of your father and mother. and inherits from their properties (movable and immovable).
