Can a married man with divorce pending for 5 years live with an another unmarried lady and have children from live in relationship . Which type of case/cases criminal or civil the wife of married man can file against him or the live in partner if she discovers the relationship.

You may continue living with your partner and children and wait till a case is filed by her. However, to buy peace, keep giving proper alimony to your wife as per court order, if any.
