Legal Question in Family Law in India

hi all,

i got married few months back,after a month my in laws started telling me about my husbands behavior,he gets angry on small things very short temper misbehaves on particular days like amawas,pournima etc because someone has done the black magic on him. he is an engineer working in mnc m also well educated i started getting frustrated due to his behavior within a month, he beated me twice fought with me on very small things always dissatisfied about things given in marriage(dowry) by my parents used to tell me and in laws about things that myparents have not given like furniture n all as m also qualified(be) i wanted to work after marriage and he was agreed before marriage but started denying it after marriage threatening me to go back to my parents home if want to do job.on one day when he beated me i warned him to stop otherwise i will suicide and strangled duppatta for seconds just to stop him but he didnt listen and kept hitting slapping me n then called my parents and told them to take me to their home. after few hours in early morning they came warned abused him n left house with me n my all cloths. after two weeks i tried to talk to him but he didnt answer to calls and sms. after that strated telling me that he has left me our relation is broken now wont be as it was dont contact some relatives tried to settle down the matter but failed to do so now he is nt ready to take me to home saying that he will send notice soon.....im still trying to convince him but he is nt listening i want to save our marriage please suggest me what should be done in this matter. kindly reply

Dear client if he is mentally distrub person then there is no point to go for compromise. Still u want to save marriage then send legal notice through lawyer and ask him to take back u. If he will not act as per notice then filr case for restitution of conjugal rights in court. For detail discussion call me
