Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi ,

I got married with a newzeland citizen who is residing im Australia on special category visa. We got married religiously in India stayed for few days together and he went back to australia without informing me. I am trying to contact him but he is not reaponsding. His family is in punjab they are also not responding.pls advice me what should i do now..I have proofs of our realtion we like hundreds of emails facebook chat history watsapp chat history gifts receipts etc.. I also have marriage certificate of temple.

Please advice

The temple marriage certificate could be your basis for registration of marriage. If there is any 'dowry' or 'cruelty' issue involved, you may contact his parents in Punjab. else, you may file a maintenance suit in the local court.
