Lets say , A is a married woman who states that her husband is unable to maintain her ...so now she wants her share in her fathers property .... according to her fathers will the entire property is in the name of his son only and A will not get any thing.... so now would A get any share in her fathers property or resides in that property with her husband without the consent of her brother who is the present owner of the property according to the will .
