Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

i got married in 2014. I have 1 year old baby boy. i am teacher and my pay is thirty thousand . my husband is also govt employee and his pay is twenty thousand. i am living in my parents home (husband aur us ky parents ki traf sy larai jagro sy tang akar aur husband ny mujh par tashdood b kiya aur meri kisi kisam ki koi zaroorat kabi pori nhi ki) abb wo bachy ka kharcha nhi dy rahy lakin baby sy mulaqat kar rahy hian.He file a case in union council (bazoo case). i refuses to go back with him. Before ending date of bazoo case he file a case in the family court. He knows us ki harqatoo ki wajha sy us ky sath na jany par majboor hun wo just mujhy tang karny ky liy y case kar raha hai I WANT TO KNOW THAT y dono case future m child custody ky silsla m us ky liy helpful hun gy y nahi aur kiya m is situation m apny kharcha ka case kar sakti hun kio ky wo court m kah sakta hai k khud nhi arahi tu kharcha kesa

you must file a case for maintenance for both of you I.e. you and your baby. and also contest the suit which has been filed by your husband.
