i got married 5 years ago, she has been fighting with me from very first day , we have a son who is 4 years old now..she does not keep an interest in me..and does not want to divorce me...Recently i got to know that she is talking to some stranger guy , i dont know may be she is having a relationship with him.... but i do not have any proof ...she keeps telling me that she will give me to police custody..Whenever i talk to her she treats me like a fool , Her brothers keep abusing me all the time.....what do i do ? how can i get rid of her?

in this situation, you may try mediation cell situated in every district court. once you approach the center, they will try n sort out your differences.
The conduct of your wife does amount to cruelty. But that cruelty has to be proved in court. If u garner some evidence of her relationship with other guy, a way can be found out.
