Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Hi. I got married 3 years back but marriage lasted for 6 months. My inlaws sent me back my home. I was pregnant at that time. They didn't contact me for 6 months. I delivered a baby and soon after that they filed a case against me that I left without telling anyone and they want to patch up. They didn't mention any dowry items. All of my dowry is still at their home. They denied it in the court. Also they didn't give me haq mehar that was 4 lac and 15 tola gold and pocket money of 10 thousand rs. They actually don't want to patch up but just teasing me. Can I file a case against them for dowry and haq mehar? I am taking care of my daughter alone and my family is bearing all the expenses. Someone said that they have files the case first so now you will not get monthly money or dowry or haq mehar if you refuse to live with him. Please guide me what should I do? What does the law says about it.

And if I take khulla will I get half haq mehar or nothing.

Please help me

Thank you
