I have been married for 16 years.
What if I file for a divorce against my wife since I have compatibility issues with her and I wanna get married to someone else and my wife commits suicide naming me as the reason....will I be held guilty by the law and punished for her act?

You can file for Divorce and state that your wife threatens to commit suicide.
